What params should I adjust to fix the errors?

Hi everyone,
    I am a software engineer and interested in PM3, but I am not familiar with the hardware and fpga. I bought one PM3 to learn RF technology.
    It works well. But according to the seller, the firmware of this PM3 is not from the official firmware list. The firmware of this PM3 is complied by the seller and this firmware has already deleted some function.
    In order to use the full function, I have already updated the latest firmware to this PM3.
    I use the "hw tune" command to test the antenna. It seems that it is OK.
    It seems that it is OK for the LF function, I can read t5577 card. But I find that it cannot work normally for HF function.
    For example, when I typed command "HF Search" or "HF 14a reader", the terminal always shows a lot of "Multiple tags detected. Collision after Bit xx".
    Even I just put one S50 card on the PM3, it still shows the information "Multiple tags detected. Collision after Bit xx".  And I find that the uid and SAK always change even I use the same S50 card when I read it every time.
    I ask the seller the reason. He does not tell me and said I must adjust some params in order to work normally if I use the official firmwares.
    I think I must adjust some params to fix the errors.  But I don't know I should adjust what.
    Could anyone please tell me what should I change (or try to change)to fix the errors? the SspClock count? or other else? any suggestion?

Which OS are you running?
What is the output for the following commands?

hw version
hw tune

Have you tried different distance between tag and antenna?

You antenna voltages looks fine.
the bootrom has a strange (v3.0)  added,  might not be offical pm3 but that doesn't matter.
but there is no LF firmware image data.   That is just strange.
tried different distances,. ok.

Have you tried different cards?  Where did you buy this device?  Could it be one of the bad clones of proxmark3 easy v3.0 ?? 
Those are known to have all sorts of antenna problems.

I use PM3 under the windows 7 environment.
I used t5577 card to test LF function. It is OK.
I used 14443 type B card to test HF function. It seems that it is almost fine, at least, the information of the type B card will not change.
I used S50 card to test HF function, the PM3 works abnormally. The information(such as uid, SAK) will change every time even I use the same card.
But if I use the firmware from seller, it works fine. So I am sure if I want to use the official firmware, I must change something.
I bought it in China. I guess it is the clone device. Even it is the clone device, it works fine if using the firmware from seller.
So I want to debug the errors, what should I try to do?

Nothing we can do,  this is what happens when people tries to lock down a firmware with their own stuff,   breaking the possiblity to use / modify / fix / test other firmware.   Sad story.  All against the open source license.   You can tell us who the seller was so the community knows what to expect from them.

You can only talk with the seller and hope for the best.

Funny,  I have that model at home. Is that your model that doesn't work?  Problem with that model is that you need JTAG to update firmware but the case is epoxy glued so you can not open case without damageing it.
