stdint.h

Hello,

I have noticed that Makefile for both the ARM and bootrom adds -I. and have a comment explaining that stdint.h is taken from current folder because GCC does not implement C99.

I think that now GCC implements C99 and indeed the compiler options specify this mode.

I have tried to remove the -I. and the stdint.h file and everything compiles (a change is required in printf.h due to redundant definitions), but otherwise the code compiled.

I've been unable to test the changed and my C knowledge is not good enough to know if this change could be a problema, but I think we should remove legacy code.

Could someone provide any thoughts?
